Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026 · Applies to quote.maximumglasscorp.com

This policy describes what Maximum Glass Corp ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written specifically for this site rather than being a generic template, so it names the actual fields, the actual third parties, and the actual tracking involved.

1. Who we are

Maximum Glass Corp, 400 W 29th Pl #110, Hialeah, FL 33012. Phone (305) 951-3295. Email maximumglasscorp@gmail.com. We are a motor vehicle repair shop registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services under the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act; our MV registration number appears in the footer of every page on this site.

2. What the quote form collects

When you submit the quote form, we receive the information you typed into it:

FieldRequired?Why we ask
Full nameYesSo we know who to ask for when we call
Mobile phoneYesTo call or text you about your quote and appointment
Email addressYesTo send your quote and appointment confirmation
Service ZIP codeYesTo confirm the vehicle is somewhere we actually service
Service typeNoTo route your enquiry and quote accurately
Vehicle year / make / modelNoTo identify the correct glass
VINNoTo identify the exact factory glass variant and whether a camera needs recalibrating
Insurance status and carrierNoTo verify your coverage and deductible before we dispatch

We do not ask for, and this form does not collect, your policy number, driver's licence number, payment card details or Social Security number. Please do not enter any of those into the form. If you choose to give us a policy number later by phone or email so we can verify your coverage, we use it only for that purpose.

3. Advertising identifiers and analytics we capture automatically

Most visitors reach this site by clicking one of our ads. When that happens the advertising platform adds an identifier to the web address, and we read and keep it so we can tell which advertising actually produced an enquiry. Specifically, we capture whichever of the following are present:

These are stored in your browser's session storage — not in a long-lived cookie — which means they persist while you browse this site and are discarded when you close the tab. If you submit the form, they are sent along with it so we can attribute the enquiry.

Google tag

We load Google's tag (gtag.js) to measure ad conversions and, where configured, site analytics. Google may set cookies in your browser to do this. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Enhanced conversions — what actually gets sent

When you submit the form we use a Google Ads feature called enhanced conversions. Your email address and phone number are hashed in your browser before they are transmitted — Google's tag applies a one-way cryptographic hash locally, so the plain-text values are not sent to Google by this mechanism. The hashes let Google match the conversion to the ad click that produced it. We do not use this feature to send Google your name, address, vehicle or VIN.

4. Call tracking and dynamic phone numbers

Some phone numbers displayed on this site are tracking numbers that may change between visitors. This is how we tell which advertising generated a phone call. When you call a tracking number, our call platform records call metadata — the number you dialled, your caller ID, the date, time and duration of the call, and which advertising source your visit was attributed to — and connects you to us.

The number shown beside our motor vehicle repair registration in the footer is our registered business line and is deliberately not a tracking number.

Florida is an all-party consent state for call recording (Fla. Stat. § 934.03). If any call is being recorded, you will be told at the start of that call and you may decline.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

RecipientWhat they getWhy
HighLevel (our CRM and call platform)Your form submission, the attribution identifiers above, and call metadataTo store your enquiry, contact you, and route your job
Google (Google Ads / Analytics)The fact a conversion occurred, the click identifier, and hashed email and phoneTo measure and optimise our advertising
Your insurance carrierOnly what is needed to verify coverage or file a claim, and only if you ask us toTo confirm your coverage and bill your claim
Glass suppliersVehicle details only — never your contact informationTo source the correct glass for your vehicle
Our hosting providerStandard server request data, including IP addressTo serve the site and protect it from abuse

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

A note on ad-measurement "sharing"

Passing advertising identifiers and hashed contact details to Google for conversion measurement is treated as sharing for targeted advertising under several state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands. Whether or not a statute obliges us to, we will honour an opt-out — see section 8, or contact us using the details there and we will action it.

6. Phone, text and email contact

By submitting the quote form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your enquiry, your quote and your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts, or ask us on a call or by email and we will stop. Opting out of marketing does not stop us contacting you about a job already in progress.

7. How long we keep it

Attribution identifiers held in your browser are discarded when you close the tab. Enquiries that do not become jobs are retained in our CRM for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Records relating to work actually performed — including the estimate, invoice and warranty record — are kept for as long as Florida law requires of a registered motor vehicle repair shop, and for as long as the workmanship warranty on your vehicle could be claimed against.

8. Your privacy rights and choices

Florida's Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. §§ 501.701–501.722) imposes its duties on very large technology companies, and Maximum Glass Corp does not meet its thresholds — so we will not pretend it binds us. What we do instead is honour the following on request, for any customer, because it is reasonable:

If you are a resident of a state whose comprehensive privacy law does apply to a business of our size and grants you additional rights, we will honour those rights as that law requires.

To make a request, email maximumglasscorp@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request", or call (305) 951-3295. We will verify your identity by matching what you give us against what we hold — usually the phone number or email you used — and respond promptly. You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for proof of their authority.

You can also reduce ad tracking directly: Google offers My Ad Center and an Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies and site storage.

9. Children

This site is for adults arranging vehicle glass work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Our CRM is access-controlled. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not store payment card details on this website at all, and we ask you not to send us card numbers by email.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
